How do I purchase designs from this site?

Choose a design or set of designs you'd like to purchase. Add them to the cart using the add to cart button at the bottom of every description page. When your ready to checkout, click on the link to checkout in the top of your browser window. At that point, you are going to login in to your account and will need to enter your username and password from your previous purchases into the window and then click the sign in button. If you are a new customer, click the continue button instead. Once you are registered, going thru the cart is easy, you simply sign in, confirm your details then make your payment. When you are new, there are a few additional steps, but the process is the same.

Be sure your email address is correct so that you will get your receipt and order confirmation.

How do I download purchased designs?

After you purchase your designs, you will be brought back to this website where you can then download your designs.

Your file will download as "download" with no extension and the filename is simply download

By simply renaming the file at the download window, you can easily keep track of the file you download. If you forget, simply go to the folder on your hard drive where you saved the file to, and rename it with a .zip extension.

Some of the downloadable files on this site are very large in size. I encourage you to use a browser such as Firefox should you have a dialup connection. Firefox's browser will resume downloads where other browsers do not do this. The cart does allow "download software" such as Getright or download accelerator to download our zip files.

What payment methods do you use?

We currently use Paypal. We believe it's the safest payment system on the net.

Where are the freebies?

Freebees are called samples at Kitlitter Kreations, and they can be found on the menu. We keep one page for sample designs, but we also mix some into the various areas of the site as well to thank you for looking over our site.
